“Over in San Francisco from Perth Australia and popped in for a couple of beers, awesome spot and great beers, staff were super friendly and even grabbed some merch, get yourselves over and support these guys and have a cracking pint or four“

“Very pleasent community hangout to watch sports and have a pint. There are a few outside games. Food at Southeren is a bit pricey, but the quality is high. The inside bar looked stock with a wide variety of beer and such to suit all tastes. On a random Saturday afternoon there were quite a few young kids acting like young kids do.“

“Beeryland is absolutely fantastic. I've been coming here for the star trek trivia for almost two years. The adult slushies are yummy, and so is most of the food. I don't know if the kimchi grilled cheese is still on the menu, but it's a divisive item. My friends like it but I despise it. Use caution. As you can see by the state of my AmInal Fries (yes the spelling is correct), I am one happy customer. Four stars on the atmosphere because the bathroom could use a facelift, but it is a bar. “This has become my favorite brewery to refresh after a bicycle ride across the Berkeley/Oakland hills. They have a huge beer selection and offer all kinds of tasty sandwiches in a relaxing garden atmosphere. I usually order a hefeweizen (relatively low on alcohol) to make it up Grizzly Peak again. After a stronger beer consumption there is always the North Berkeley BART station around the corner as last resort.“
