“We come here often, we like jolivee, but unfortunately we came here one weekend evening at about 8pm they were closed cause they ran out of chicken??!!! That was shocking. But over all the chicken is great. They also sometimes run out of white rice too!“

“Friendly staff and the hottest one almost killed me but I signed the waiver just a word of advice don't do it get the normal regular hot 🔥. I took it togo and was driving when I decided to take a bite and I almost had an accident looking for a place to get something to drink. Felt like hot coals lava the hottest thing you can think of I ran into a seven 11 and ran straight to the water section and didn't even pay for the bottle I grabbed and started drinking I was hunched over swatting and crying for a few minutes before heading to the line to pay for the water. Please please the hottest one is not edible. In my opinion but feel free to experience on your own if you must. Peace ✌️

“Tried it for the first time yesterday. We’ve walked by many times during lunch, thinking it was just another fast food chicken place…..finally gave it a try. It was excellent and staff was friendly. Chicken was fresh and crispy. They have many spice levels to choose from. Medium was plenty hot for me. The chicken tender was great, but the sliders were even better. Totally recommend this place!“

“Pollos is a great place for a good breakfast/brunch. There's never a long line because it's not a fancy brunch place. You get to sit down immediately instead of waiting an hour

I haven’t had such amazing Northern Mexican food since 2020 in Arizona and I went to Playa del Carmen. Which the tacos were just as good but I was missing a good burrito and that’s just what I got.

The carnitas marinade was excellent, no extra salsa required. They also actually have horchata which is the other thing I’d been missing. This one is thick, sweet, and tastes more of vanilla than cinnamon. But it was delicious.“
