Right as you walk in, this place has a big open space. You can order at the kiosk to your right or with the cashier at the front. There's a seating area to your left while you wait for your order and a few tables outside. One minor thing I didn't like was how the trash was located next to the seating area.I would say some of the drinks are on the pricier side in the $7-$8 range. Pretty good milk tea. Also got the strawberry sago. The egg waffles were cute and delicious. I think if you are paying with card they want you to use the kiosk but with cash you go to the cashier.
