Cute outdoor seating with some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a LONG time. Food is delicious and nice size portions. They don’t take reservations so expect to wait for seating. It’s a busy place and it’s easy to understand why
I’ve now visited this restaurant many times and my friends and I had truly excellent food. So as long as you don’t mind the waiting in line on occasion, You’ll really enjoy yourself. I love their trout and eggs plate, the beet salad, and their home baked goods like scones are excellent.
We used to love coming here, but today was such a disappointment. First, the soup special said clam chowder either bacon. That’s what hubby ordered. Turns out someone wrote it incorrectly on the board. It was corn chowder, which is fine—except, the server didn’t let us know and just brought the corn chowder without offering to let him change his order. I ordered the corncakes with bacon on the side. The corn cakes were doughy in the middle and the bacon was undercooked....
