The SCP Mendocino Coast Lodge offers a perfect weekend getaway, with a cozy and romantic atmosphere, regardless of the weather. The location and views are phenomenal, and the rooms feature comfortable beds, fireplaces, and jacuzzi bathtubs. Guests can enjoy a beautiful, cozy room with charming old-world style and spectacular ocean views from most rooms. The onsite restaurant is tasty and reasonably priced, offering a great selection of wine and whiskey in a nice atmosphere, and provides a great view as well. The lodge is especially ideal for those seeking a quiet location, as many rooms are standalone units with private decks. While the nearby area has limited stores and restaurants, the lodge’s restaurant makes up for it by delivering a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience. Friendly staff and excellent room service further enhance this highly recommended destination for a peaceful and romantic retreat.
