Kai Ramen Alhambra

Ordered the fried chicken ramen (volcano) - amazing spicy broth that really had a kick to it. The fried chicken does get soggy in the broth but I was okay with it personally. Service - only bad thing, took 30-40 minutes when there was only one other party in the restaurant

First of all Google Maps takes you to the wrong plaza where the 168 Market is but it's actually The Valley Square Plaza next to it. Parking was decent there's a big lot in the back with plenty of spaces. We came here on a Sunday around 1pm and got seated right away but started filling up shortly. My bf and I both got a free Thai tea with check in which was nice. Not a bad place to grab Ramen with average Tsukemen. Parking is fine, the plaza is pretty big with a Supermarket. I was able to park near the restaurant without too much trouble. Went on a Wednesday afternoon for a quick lunch. Place was pretty empty, with only one person serving. Ordered the Tsukemen and the portion felt well sized. Presentation was solid.
