It’s a really nice place. The drinks are great and service is 👌
Best boba in town! Love the variety of flavors 😋
Too sweet again. I ordered 30 percent sugar, but it tasted like 100. This isn’t the first time either, it’s happened more than four times already, and my friend had the same experience. I used to love this place, but seriously, what’s going on? Don’t you guys measure how much sugar you add?
I’d honestly recommend ordering no sugar at all, or just going to another shop. There are plenty of boba places around here. You guys really need to do better.
New menu : black tea + mango sorbet
Really great bobba
Drinks are good but not great, price is average, but the parking here is fantastic. Competing boba places in Alhambra and Monterey Park just can't compete on that front lol. Oh they also do not accept cash here so be aware.
Good spot to grab some freshly made boba drinks. Prices are good, but the menu selections are small compared to other similar businesses. Parking can be difficult to find as this plaza has many establishments on site.
The drinks are great but the wait at this location is bad. It’s a Sunday and of course it’s busy, people are out and about. They need to hire more help, the workers were overwhelmed with orders. Even if you do the mobile order, be prepared to wait a while.
This is a new Wushiland in Alhambra. I've only tried the one in San Gabriel before.
I walked here with my friend after dinner just to hang out and talk. When you first walk in, you'll notice the place is really clean. The self-ordering machines are on your left. My friend tried ordering there, but they weren't working, so I told him to order with the staff at the cashier up front. They only accept credit cards -- no cash.
I didn't know you could order hot drinks until I heard my friend order a hot jasmine green tea. I was reading the menu on the board and didn't realize any of the drinks could be made hot. I was thrilled because I mainly like hot drinks. I ordered the Assam black tea. The tea was hot and strong -- I liked it. My friend didn't think the green tea had much taste, just a good jasmine aroma.
This place closes at 11 p.m., so it's good for a drink after dinner. I'd come here again and maybe try other drinks.
My matcha OAT macchiato was 5 stars.

Good boba milk tea 🧋
I kept going here as location is great, but the customer service is always lacking. First time I came here one of the workers that was a boy seemed really angry and gave us attitude when we went up to the counter. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but I have gone to this location multiple times and he seems to have that same attitude everytime. Talking to my friends who go here often and seeing another review confirmed that to me too. The drinks also have occasionally been messed up or the boba was uncooked. Sad to say this with how convenient the location is, but with the mix of the uninviting service and the drinks being messed up more often than I'd like, I will not be giving this location my business anymore.
I visited during lunchtime when it was slightly busy. There are two kiosk systems for ordering drinks, as well as the option to order directly from an employee. Around 1 PM on a Thursday, there was a decent crowd, but still enough space to wait for drinks. Orders were prepared quickly, which was a plus.
However, the customer service could use some improvement. The employee who took my order seemed uninterested, speaking in a monotone voice and lacking any sense of warmth or enthusiasm. It almost felt like he didn’t want to be there. Additionally, the way he spoke to other employees didn’t come across as respectful or encouraging, which was disappointing. If he is the manager, it may be worth considering retraining in customer service skills.
Experienced better customer service at the SGV and Arcadia location.
Update 9/16: I noticed that during the soft opening and grand opening, this location had plenty of staff and service ran smoothly. However, when I visited last week and again today, it seemed like they’ve cut back on employees. There was only one worker handling everything alone.
Usually, I see the two girls with the masks who are always friendly, quick, and provide great service. Today, only one of them were on shift but did a great job on her own, and overall customer service has improved compared to before. But realistically, this location needs more staff. Other locations usually have two or three employees, which makes a huge difference in efficiency and customer experience.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that when you come around 5pm, the boba tends to be hard, which really affects the drink quality.
This spot has potential, but they definitely need to step it up, both with staffing and consistency in order to match the standards of their other locations.
I want to start by saying they have amazing drinks. However, I’m not a fan of their customer service. It’s always lacking. This is such a beautiful location, serving good drinks, but there is a lack of Management. Employee training IDK. We love coming here after school pickups but they’re always so rude. You can’t make a simple request because they act like you’re being difficult. Not even a hi how can I help you…basic customer service skills
We prefer ordering through the kiosk because staff is so unfriendly and unapproachable
I came to the new Wushiland Boba store the other day and I’ve got to say hands down it was one of the best boba drinks I’ve ever tasted. The customer service was amazing, and all of the staff were really nice and friendly. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba, and it came out very quickly. They were generous with the toppings, and the sweetness level was just right. I’m definitely coming back again.
