Dropped by The Bay Cafe in Alhambra around 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday to pick up a to-go lunch for my mom. The place was lively and crowded even that early! I ordered the half Crystal Chicken with rice ($11.99) and added an extra-large 26oz Thai Tea for $2.50 through their entree drink special. The entire meal was just $16 with tax. My mom loved the chicken, which was delicious and came in a very generous portion size. You really cannot beat the incredible value and quality here!
