Cold beer friendly family atmosphere with two lovable dogs.
This historic pub was really cool and unique. The building was founded in the 19th century and the 40ft wood bar is made from local cedar felled in the late 1970s! The owner was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. Very reasonable prices, great decor, and that small-town community pub feel. I would go back in a heartbeat.
I actually haven't been here but saw this on Google maps and there's a good chance that that dog in the picture is a sibling to our dog lol. He's a 10year old Malinios/Central Asian Shepherd that we got near Placerville/Grizzly Flats on a farm. Same docked tail, same color, same build 😂
