“Of all the Filippi's around San Diego I believe this location has the best pizza. I also like getting their family combo which comes with soup, salad, bread, garlic bread, ravioli, lasagna and spaghetti. The fettuccine and sandwiches are also quite good. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There's also plenty of parking. You couldn't ask for anything more.“

“I have eaten here twice today. Lovely staff - very attentive. My dinner tonight was PHENOMENAL! I had the pasta with prawns. I'm pretty picky about what food I feel is truly satisfying flavor-wise, and that dish was SPOT ON. It has capers, which I'm not a fan of, but there are very few of them, and perhaps I'm warming up to them as long as they don't overpower the dish.
It was the perfect sized portion, by the way.“

“This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.“
“No mention of the lazy river, it’s the main reason I go in the summer. The only problem with it is the loud crappy music so early in the morning. Such a beautiful place to relax… in silence or at least relaxing music. No one wants BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! So early.. lord! 😩 One thing for sure, management won’t listen, maybe it’s to drive older people out of there and into casino to gamble… lol“

“This place has quickly become one of our favorite spots to eat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, whether you’re coming in for a relaxed dinner or just grabbing a drink. The food is consistently delicious and the drinks are always made just right. On top of that, the service is truly outstanding—every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
We keep coming back for the manicotti and ricotta—they’re always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It’s one of those dishes you think about days later. Overall, this restaurant delivers a great experience from start to finish, and we always leave happy. Highly recommend!“

“Why the low reviews? The décor is vibrant, food fantastic and service superb! The restaurant is so cute one would think they need table service but I’m not sure if this is what Sycuan was looking for. Ultimately, I want to say it’s somewhat of a quick table service eat fast and go when you please more for the gambler on the go. LOL Pay and order take your number find a seat….
Ordered Wor Wonton (Large) – Delicious with 6 pcs of good size wontons, 3pcs med size shrimp, ton of pork, beef, carrots, mushrooms and bok choy! If this is the base for the pho (which probably is) I can guarantee you the pho here is as bomb!
Salt and pepper wings – Cheehoo the salt and pepper wings were a perfect paring with the wor wonton! Came out piping hot and seasoned with perfection.
More than enough for two hungry gals, even had left overs!“

“We really thought this place was cozy and relaxing with great service and large portions. The inside decor and patio were great. Food was a little bit disappointing in that there was no fresh squeezed orange juice or real maple syrup. Also when I asked about the corned beef hash I was told it came from a can. Last minor disappointment was that that had these great looking sticky buns in their display but you had to order quantity of 4 and could not have one with breakfast. Overall, I would recommend it as a nice place for breakfast as long as you are okay with the couple things noted in the review.“
