“Good donut shop with various treats. Nice range of donuts and other options. We all have our faves; choc sprinkled, buttermilk glazed, blueberry cake...mmm. We did try the muffins and the blueberry is very dough like, maybe underbaked, so pass on that. We found the banana nut muffin to be baked better, interesting texture witha chewy sweet muffin top. Will be back to try other treats.

“The lady behind the counter was very nice. I ordered a chocolate bar donut and it was really yummy, she also gave me an extra half a donut. I sat inside to eat and multiple times I saw people walk in who were very obviously regulars, she said their order asking if that's what they wanted, she also gave them extra donuts as well.“

“There are so many donuts places in the areas but this is the place I would want to go back for the good quality donuts. A friendly staff took time to explain about their donuts (the ingredients they use, seasonal items, and flavors etc.) for the first visit that was new to me and felt welcoming.

The Butter Pecan she said it’s popular was indeed delicious as well as the seasonal items with any berries glazed. It took a few mins to get my order ready for eating. Unlike the regular donuts places they don’t just serve us the “ready to eat donuts” from the display but they serve the donuts warm and as fresh as possible.

The flavor of the donuts is a little sweet for my taste but the toppings and glaze are fresh and delicious. Every bite was bursting with the real flavor of berries. As she mentioned they use the local strawberries.

I also recommend the drinks they offered.
The American coffee and sodas are very tasty.

“The name is kinda dumb, but the donuts are excellent. I'm not sure Star Donuts donuts are quite at Station Donut's level of donut perfection, but Star's donuts are still MUCH better than virtually all other donut shops. Not better than Station, not number one, but a close second. Star's donuts are large, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The selection of available donuts is excellent. Refreshingly, the staff at this donut depot is extra-extra-excellent. I needed a dozen mixed donuts for my street-pigs club meeting members. The members of the club I'm in not only helpful, but also highly critical, caustic, and unreasonably demanding. An odd mix that ends up making them endearing in the same way victims of the Stockholm Syndrome end up sympathizing, appreciating, and liking, even loving their tormentors. So I had a difficult and demanding peer group to satisfy, donut-wise, and I had slightly less time than a hot-second to make my interaction and transaction with Star Donuts happen. The Road Pigs Club are punctual and inflexible. If I was even 20 seconds late to the meeting, I would be abandoned and scorned. Were that to happen, I would have a dozen donuts to console myself with. No need. I jumped out of my car and jumped into Star Donut's door, barked my need for a dozen mixed donuts without so much as a greeting or salutation of any kind. The wonderful staff leapt eagerly at the task, with big smiles and no negative noises or remarks. Literally within seconds I had a box of a dozen donuts in hand and was out the door on my way to my appointment with the "pigs." The members in my club LOVED the donuts. They tried to eat all of them, but since I bought them, they allowed to snag one, which is very uncharacteristic for my fellow road-pigs.

If you need donuts, and you can't quite come to terms with Station Donuts, buy your donuts from Star Donuts. Despite their dorky name, their donuts, prices, and staff are superlative. Better than every other donut shop anywhere in the world, other than SD, naturally. I've heard that the reputation donuts have of making you fat, or that they are possibly unhealthy, and at best are "empty" calories, is completely false and baseless. I can't vouch for the source or voracity of the new position the public should take in relationship to donuts, that donuts are the new health food, and will contribute to better health, all while slimming the eater's waist-line to athletic levels never experienced before, but I can't dismiss this new paradigm either. Whether donuts will help you to live longer, as is rumored, is impossible to determine, but in case the don't, they are still really, really, really good. Buy your donuts from Star Donuts.

“We stop by Station Donuts every once in awhile, the kids love the special donuts with all the designs and I don’t mind paying a little more to see their sweet smiles!“

“I have been there twice in two weeks. I can feel they have good relationships with their customers cause they greet almost everybody by name. The donuts are good but not extraordinary. They taste like the regular donuts you get from donut shops everywhere. Price is reasonable at $17.50 a dozen if you mix premium donuts with your dozen order and use a credit card. They charge extra $.50 cents for card transactions.

However, on both visits, I had to ask for my receipt. I feel like giving out receipts should be automatic. Hence, the 3 star for service. I just hope customers would always ask for their receipts so the store owners will have the habit of handing out receipts to everybody.“

“Whenever I want to get donuts I only go to Kenny's Donuts. You can keep your Dunkin Donuts which I grew up on back in 1989 long before they came to California and compared to Kenny's Donuts I'd rate them a 3 stars out of 10. I don't understand why everyone always gives Krispy Kreme such high praise for their donuts cuz personally they barely get 1 star out of 10. I won't rate their shops just their donuts cuz I'm sure their employees and the restaurants would get way more stars than the generic taste of a simple glazed donut which I sadly wasted money on trying it out back in 2002. You want great taste and quality you go to Kenny's Donuts and I promise you'll be going back every morning but don't go before 430-5am cuz they make everything fresh and warm after they open at 3am and all the good stuff takes time to make but I usually go around 515-530am when I know everything is made and still warm and there is never more than 2 people inside. If you like regular glazed, glazed twist, glazed donut holes, maple/chocolate bars, jelly, then Kenny's is the best place to go and every donut is $1.45 - $1.65, or you can order a breakfast sandwich, to go with a hot cup of coffee, or a made to order blended drink off the wall picture menu, or a cold drink from their 2 big drink refrigerators. If you're a fan of racing legend John Force you might just see him there, he's a longtime regular and goes often. I stood in line behind John a few months ago they even have his signed picture up on the wall. He lives only a few minutes away. I highly recommend Kenny's Donuts nextdoor to Canyon Inn bar & grill.“

“I would go to war for K&M donuts. They are easily much tastier than every chain donut you could think of, and I have yet to discover a better local donut shop. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is so yummy that I often look forward to drinking it the night before I decide to visit them on my way to school in the morning. It is also family owned by a lovely couple who are always so kind to all of their customers.

They also recently added a selection of breakfast sandwiches to the menu, which is great for anyone looking for a more serious option than a donut.
