There’s a lot of things wrong with this chipotle. You can clearly tell the workers and even management hate their jobs. One of the managers was texting their manager group chat right in front of me instead of ringing me up and said out loud that she was getting mad at the other managers in the chat. I am posting this publicly because the experience I had this week at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location raises serious concerns about both management and food safety.
On Tuesday night I was double charged for my order and had to return on Wednesday to correct the issue. I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years, and the portion sizes have become consistently smaller. Bowls now look like half portions, even when ordering the same items.
What’s worse - a second bowl with extra protein was even smaller. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a pattern. Prices are up, portions are down, and the value just isn’t there anymore. Very disappointing for a long-time customer.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular spot near a school, often busy with kids. Customers enjoy the customizable bowls with generous portions that last. The vegetarian options are excellent. This location stands out for expertly wrapped burritos, a must for burrito lovers. Using the app can score you free guacamole. The servers and staff are very nice, and the new staff are very polite and professional. However, the food is ok, and sometimes they run out of food, like rice and chicken. The avocado mash was brown. Some customers don't care for their sauce. Whoever is cooking needs to ease up on the salt. The location has a very simple interior. Fast service and a variety of drinks complete the experience at Chipotle.
