Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream

Delicious ice cream! Loved the look and design of the store as well!

I just wanted a scoop of ice cream with hot fudge. This was the place to get that. The ghirdelli ice cream location has a lot of fancier sundaes but this was better for what I wanted and a much better price point. 2 scoops vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl with hot fudge on a hot day.

The hand dipped ice cream bars with toppings are so good! Also their seasonal items like the chocolate lava cake with ice cream are always great!

I wanted a scoop of Rocky Road which they were out of. I settled for Butter Pecan ice cream.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the ice cream. There were absolutely no nuts in the Butter PECAN ice cream. Not only that, but it seemed to be a low quality ice cream. It wasn't creamy at all, and was more of an icy consistency. It was like the cheapest ice cream you could find a grocery store. The Carnation ice cream Disneyland used to have was a lot better.

Very mean customer service, the cashier had attitude the whole time, I noticed Disney is really going down hill with customer service. We pay big and expect the best service!!!

For those with a diary/gluten allergy. They have a plant based ice cream, whip cream, and good chocolate. My wife was in heaven to enjoy such a treat. The staff were excellent and answered all her questions. I ordered an orange cream drink and it was pretty tasty! Overall a nice place to the right when you walk towards the round about in California adventure.

The PBJ banana split sundae for its volume and different layers of sweetness is a good buy at $10. Its silhouette also looks like Mickey or Minnie!
