As someone who is the same age as Disneyland 1955?… & have traveled the world as a “Global Airline Flight attendant✈️”…. I know excellent service. I have found the BEST of the BEST with Jessica tonight. I watched her for hours @ the bar of Carthay Circle lounge. She actually invented the Mai Tai served here. We received quick and excellent service from Scott. He was able to answer our questions and offer tips. We appreciated that while this is upscale we were still ok to come is as we were dressed for the park. The portions were nice, ingredients were fresh, local and seasonal. The setting is beautiful and very comfortable. It was a very much needed oasis on a hot day in the park.

Carthay Circle Lounge was our favorite restaurant during our Disneyland trip. It was so good that we ate their twice! We loved the Vietnamese lettuce wraps the bao buns, and the Sparkling Mare cocktail was delicious. We had a reservation the first time and did a walk up for the second visit.
