Probably the best place in the park. Once you are settled in outside you can really enjoy some people watching and a nice cocktail without a gummy worm in it. This place isn't so special that it isn't plagued by Disneys horrible dining reservation system. Places are always "Full" even though they're empty and the servers aren't making any money...speaking from 10 + years of experience. Be slightly pushy, otherwise you will never get a seat. Carthay Circle Lounge was our favorite restaurant during our Disneyland trip. It was so good that we ate their twice! We loved the Vietnamese lettuce wraps the bao buns, and the Sparkling Mare cocktail was delicious. We had a reservation the first time and did a walk up for the second visit.

The building, decorations, and ambiance are definitely 5 star and the service was pretty good, just not above and beyond. We had pasta and spring rolls and each was pleasant but forgettable. The blackberry lemonade was tasty but the obvious winner was the rose sparkling water.
