Had fraudulent charges on my room. After notifying the front desk, they basically said deal with it not our problem. I’ve spent many nights out in hotels and never have been treated like this. Do not stay here!
We were guests at your hotel Thursday, May 22 through May 26, and I just wanted to let you know that your valet service is the most unprofessional people we’ve ever dealt with.
Let me give you a timeline,
Leading up to our departure, everything was fine until we woke up at 5 AM in the morning on Monday, to grab our car so we can leave to catch a flight to head back home. However, your valet staff could not locate or find our vehicle and keys.
