The staff provide excellent customer service with warm smiles, creating a lively and kid-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant serves delicious and tasty food, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. The manager is praised for creating a liberal and accepting environment, and the team is recognized for their outstanding service and efficiency.
Recent reviews highlight the restaurant's ability to handle busy schedules while maintaining high-quality food and service. One customer noted the delicious food, particularly enjoying the double chicken on a double chicken tostada. While the inside tables were noted as acceptable but not the cleanest, there were concerns about the restroom cleanliness and hygiene issues.
Another customer praised a young lady for her amazing service, stating she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. The manager was also described as polite and attentive to details, ensuring that all employees uphold high standards. Overall, the team at El Pollo Loco is commended for their people-to-people skills, although there are mixed feelings about the introduction of self-service kiosks, as many customers value the exceptional interpersonal service provided.
