With their self-order, you can't really select a special order. I wanted extra shredded chicken, but there wasn't an option for it. I had to call on a cashier to take my order.

Love the food except servings get smaller and cost is way higher. Most locations make you feel like a criminal when your ask for sides of salsa, cilantro etc... and don't get me started about the automated cashier taking your order and upsizing the drink...I miss the good old days at

Well,first of all my order was prepared wrong. I asked for no lettuce in my tacos and guess what,that's right,they put lettuce in my tacos. Which made them instant trash. I did not like that there was no one to take my order. I had to do it myself on their kiosk. Now,the crunchy chicken tacos were great therefore the three stars. So there you have it folks. I may or may not be going back to the crazy chicken ?
