Outdoor tents won't work at all on rainy days, so we recommend aiming for a sunny day or taking out on a rainy day ❗

We got the Louisiana half chicken dinners and custard fills. Everything was so good! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the pickles and slaw were crunchy and fresh and the macaroni and cheese was soo yummy! Everyone who helped us was so polite and knowledgeable. Definitely returning next

I'm thankful for places like Tiana's Palace, as many of the other restaurants at Disneyland tend to fill up well in advance, so it's nice to have a fast-casual, cafeteria-style meal option that still happens to be pretty darn good. The Louisiana-style fare here consists of staples such as gumbo (two types), a muffuletta sandwich, cornbread, and similar southern comfort entrees.Everything we ordered was enjoyed thoroughly, with both the muffuletta and the gumbo being enhanced even further by a pleasant application of green Tabasco sauce. As an added bonus, live music was being played by a four-piece band, and Queenie from one of the water shows serenaded us with a few songs before her next scheduled performance, which was a nice treat. Add to it the fantastic faux-Antebellum aesthetic, and I can safely say that this Palace treats its guests like Kings and Queens!

We ordered supper via the app and scored a table on a very busy night in the park. The food was good, with a very spicy flavor but lacked an appropriate amount a rice to offset the spice for the amount you pay…

If this is Tiana’s dream, she should have kept it that way. The food sucks. Do not recommend at all. Go elsewhere!!

I had the opportunity to visit Tiana's Palace the day after it opened as I was in Disneyland for my 30th birthday. The location was obviously brand new enough that the mobile order pickup option was disabled periodically throughout the day, so if you wanted to try it out, you had to wait in line. Especially because it's so difficult to get restaurant reservations in advance for Blue Bayou, you can imagine my excitement that another Cajun/creole-inspired menu was to be offered at the parks that was hopefully more accessible! My sisters and I happened to be in the New Orleans Square area during lunch time and considering how long the line was when we passed the area around dinner time the night prior, we decided to take the chance and wait in line. Let me tell you - it was worth it for me!! We got through the line pretty quickly and there was plenty of seating available. They also had Tiana walking around the dining area greeting people in-character and it created such a nice welcoming environment!Regarding the food, it seems as though other peoples' reviews have had a spectrum of seasoning disappointments when it comes to the entrees, but I will say that was not the case for my experience! I ordered the Gulf Shrimp and Grits, and I have to say this is now quite possibly my favorite thing I have ever ordered in Disneyland - they really hit it out of the park with this one! The cheesy grits were good so well and had the most delicious flavor and smooth texture. Also, the shrimp were executed perfectly, so every bite paired with the grits left me wanting more and more! I did try a bite of the cornbread and it was pretty standard cornbread, so not anything to write home about but still enjoyable. Now, one item that I might say is worth trying would be the House-filled Beignet! It is filled with a lemon pie filling and dipped in a lemon glaze. It tasted bright and fresh! I would say maybe try it at least once, unless you're a Disneyland Beignet purist, in which case this may seem like a little bit too much of a departure from the classic deliciousness of a simple beignet from Mint Julep Bar or Royal Street Veranda.I would say, on the whole, that my experience at this restaurant will warrant another visit when I return to Disneyland this year!

One star for a VERY simple reason. Food fell on the floor and an employee picked it up and threw it away and continued touching other food without changing gloves or washing hands. I told the lady to change her gloves and she laughed like it was a joke and then proceeded to change her gloves without washing hands. Disney needs to do a better job training their employees ABOUT FOOD SAFTEY.Otherwise, SOME OF THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD.

The quality of food is disgusting. I ordered the chicken, and it seemed reheated. The cornbread is fine. Overall, I hope they do a lot better soon.. for now, im picking a better place to eat at disneyland.

The food was bland... the line attendat wasn't paying enough attention and got grumpy with the patrons who didn't know the flow of the restaurant.

Tiana's is located at Disneyland Park. You must have a ticket to get into the park where Tiana's is located. Most of the food at Disneyland is sub par or worse. This place is exactly what New Orleans Square in Disneyland needed. It is great. It is super clean and really pretty. They have great seating and the area is just super pretty. The service is very nice and we were so pleased with our server.Tiana's is much like a cafeteria. You can see what they have when you go in, you order and pay and they give you your food. Someone will check on you, but not always. You have everything you need. All of the food we had was exceptional. Their 7 greens gumbo is fantastic and is not too spicy. Their cornbread is fresh and super good. The lemon icebox beignet was so great. I would have had another, but did not want to be a hog. My grandson loved their mac and cheese, filled with good cheese and not made from a box. Their drinks were very good and we were just very happy campers. The prices are high, it is Disneyland and that is what they do. But, for food at Disneyland it is worth it and this will be a new place for us when we come back.
