The gumbo and cornbread was excellent!!!! I was definitely order that combo again. The red and green hot sauce is a great combo if you like heat.
Sadly my mother in law had a completely different experience. Her spicy honey French chicken bowl with greens and macaroni. Sadly the chicken came out raw in the middle. Then her greens were under seasoned.

Tiana's Palace is a restaurant where guests have had varying experiences. Some people had issues with their food being cold, such as the sweet heart beignet chicken sandwich and beignets. The gumbo was also a problem for some, as it was too spicy and not filled to the top of the bowl. However, others enjoyed their meals, including the vegan gumbo, shrimp po boy, and jambalaya. The 7 greens veggie gumbo and shrimp and grits were also praised for being tasty. The mac and cheese was a favorite for some, but a disappointment for others.
