This review is very very long over due. Ho-Toy’s use to be the best Chinese food joint in Orange County, hands down, don’t agree? Fight me. The owners are awesome, it is Great value large portions. The food tastes good and the husband and wife who run it are super friendly. I highly recommended this place..
