I really enjoyed this place because it brings together different types of Asian cuisine in one spot. Being able to order both hot pot and sushi is such a great combination! Cooking your own hot pot makes the whole experience fun and interactive, and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

this place has now become a new go-to spot for my family, my friends, and me! fair warning that during dinner time the wait can be quite long and they unfortunately don’t take reservations, but the food was well worth the wait! lunch hours the wait is much more forgiving! the only reason i give this place 4/5 is i reallyyyy wish they would take reservations! despite that, no complaints! my entire family loved the food and i’ve heard nothing but positive remarks from friends i have taken here!
Restaurant was closed, though it stated it had a lunch menu, open to 3pm. We were in town for a Disney Trip. Sadly this was apart of our itinerary and we didn't have a chance.
two front-of-house staff during peak hours is crazy - prices are good for the area though

The food was good, but the service was terrible. This location opens at 5 PM, and we arrived around 5:15–5:20 PM on Wednesday, 5/27/2026, after my brother’s graduation. The restaurant was not crowded at all — the tables around us were literally empty. There were about four servers working at the time: the Spanish lady and the shy girl with limited English were both very kind, but unfortunately the young Asian waiter and waitress were not.
There was a tall, skinny Asian waiter wearing a hat and mask who took us to our table. My first impression was that he was wearing an old, dirty shirt with multiple bleach stains on it, almost like he had just come from construction work. When my brother asked him to clarify the menu, he responded with an attitude, as if he expected us to already know how everything worked. His tone and choice of words sounded rude and unkind, similar to a professor talking down to a student for asking a question that had already been explained in class. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if my brother’s heavy accent somehow annoyed him and affected his behavior.
When we separated the bowls, we noticed dirty stains, dried vegetable residue, and even a piece of noodle left on them. Four out of the five bowls were dirty. Because of the waiter’s attitude, we did not feel comfortable asking him for replacements, so we politely asked another young Asian waitress instead. Surprisingly, she also seemed unhappy when we asked. Her facial expression clearly showed attitude. She acted as if the restaurant was extremely busy, even though it was nearly empty. When she returned with the replacement bowls, she placed them on the table very harshly without looking at us or offering any apology. Later, when I asked about the missing rolls that we had been waiting a long time for, she responded with the same attitude and again did not apologize. It honestly felt like we were begging for food.
During the entire time we were there, those two servers never smiled at us even once. I don’t know if they were having a bad day, had an argument with management, or if we somehow did something wrong, but people working in customer service should at least show basic professionalism.
Sorry, but if the excuse is “that’s just how they are,” then they may not be in the right field or may need much more serious customer service training. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience for us.
It may not sound like a huge issue, but because of how unpleasant the experience was,I probably gonna need to report it to the FDA.

Very bad services, waited so long for table, asked them, added to waitlist. Still no one came. Where there were obviously many tables. Horrible.

Got here a few minutes after they opened at 5pm and was seated very quickly. Our server was quick to bring our drinks and had an amazing memory when it came to our table ordering 5+ meats. He also kept coming back to the table to check on us and refilled our water countless times! The variety of sides and sauces at the buffet was wonderful and super fresh! The music playing in the backround was pleasant but not overly loud to the point of not being able to have a good conversation at the table. Will definitely be back!

This place has the best broth, hands down. They simmer the broth with bones for many hours and the flavor and quality is unbeatable. I also love that they don't upcharge extra for different broths, unlike other places. The ponzu sauce is also very good here. One thing to note, they do slice their meat alottt more thin than other shabu places though, so sometimes it falls apart in the soup. I would prefer it sliced just slightly thicker. But otherwise, this place is solid
