Terrible experience. Booked the Fantasmic package. We were seated outside by ourselves, while the restaurant set up for the more expensive Fantasmic seated option around us, making us very uncomfortable. Asked to move inside and were told no. Food was cold when it arrived and my kids were shivering the whole meal. I would not recommend. Atrocious service and overpriced.
