About Royal Street Veranda

Royal Street Veranda, tucked away near the Pirates queue, is a convenient spot for a satisfying meal and people-watching. Known for its clam chowder in a bread bowl, this cozy eatery also offers a variety of options, including the Pimento-Cheese Fritters - a delicious alternative. Although seating can be limited and crowded during peak hours, the friendly service and tasty food make it a worthwhile quick-service choice at Disneyland. The menu features hearty clam chowder, seasonal snacks, and the popular Waffle Cristo (in full and half orders). For lunch and dinner, options include clam chowder or plant-based chili in a sourdough bread bowl, seasonal items, kids' meals, and non-alcoholic beverages. The snack-size Mardi Gras Monte Cristo is also a favorite, perfect for one person or sharing. The sourdough bread bowls can sometimes be cold and stale, and additional charges apply for dipping sauces or jam cups. Mobile ordering via the Disneyland app is recommended to save time, and Magic Key discounts are accepted. The restaurant has a few tables that can be crowded, but visitors can walk to nearby spots like Tiana's Palace, Harbour Galley, or Stage Door Cafe for more seating. Overall, the friendly cast members and rotating menu keep Royal Street Veranda a reliable quick-service spot for tasty bites and people-watching fun.

The Broccoli Cheddar Bread bowl was really good! 🥦
Very good. The clam chowder was delicious and the bread bowl was lovely. The food was ready on time and they were very friendly. Yummy!
Everything here was delicious, so much so that I only got one decent photo because everyone else immediately dug in! I had the clam chowder bread bowl and it was delicious!! Reasonably priced and a portion well worth the cost.
