honestly i wasnt expecting much since its in the middle of nowhere but wow this place really surprised me. the tasting was super relaxed and the guy helping us was just so chill and knew everything about the wines. we ended up buying a bottle we liked so much we almost opened it in the car, Its not often i find a spot this good by accident. already planning to bring friends back next month.
I finally got to check that place off my list and wow, totally worth the drive. The view is just insane, we sat outside and watched the sun drop down over the valley. our server was super nice and the wine was really good, definately the best cab I've had in a while. I can't stop thinking about going back up there next month.
Arkenstone is truly the height of Howell Mountain wine experiences. The property is perched like a falcon overlooking the valley. The staff and tasting room experience are exceptionally detailed and accommodating. You truly will not want to leave and they may just have to kick you out screaming. Absolutely use some of your time to walk the vineyards and the caves. I have been a member for several years and they have never disappointed.

Arkenstone Vineyards is an exceptional winery that produces high-quality wines.
