“So having watched numerous kdramas snd frequently seeing characters feasting on Korean fried chicken, I was pleased to see Bonchon Korean fried chicken in my neighborhood. I love fried chicken 🐔 n general, and thought what could possibly be different about the Korean version ? Well, the crust is thinner, crunchier and so tasty, plus the assortment of sauces snd heat levels means lots of choices. What a pleasant surprise. AND when I told the person who took our order at the counter that this was our first time, she took us under her wing and walked us through all the ins and outs. I can’t recall being so well taken care of. AND when we got our order including our first bottle of soju, another counter person came out with little condiment cups so that we could mimic the shot drinking from kdramas. What a treat from start to finish. So friendly and helpful and absolutely delicious. This will be our go-to after a movie theater nearby.“

Their sandwiches are ? we tried the Smoked Char Siu Brisket with the Red Curry Aioli sauce and the Smoked Five-Spice Chicken Teriyaki with the Thai Basil Aioli, both were super delicious and nice & spicy. “(2/7/21) Went in today and was not disappointed! Ordered seafood pad see ew, beef broccoli, and chicken fried rice; all three were freshly made, the beef was tender, broccoli wasn’t soggy, but super fresh! The rice was moist and soft just like I was craving it; and the gravy was exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I would do differently would be asking for extra shrimp, my kids ate them and only left me one 🤣 The Thai tea was so good, I ordered a second one for later 👌 I’ll definitely be going back to try other things off their menu 👌“

Another note, I was reading the reviews and most people that left lower reviews all complained about the customer service. I have a boba addiction and come sometimes more than once a week and the customer service has always been great. The staff are very nice, even if they aren’t all super talkative. Also, I have been to pretty much all of the boba places in the roseville/rocklin area, and Moon Tea is by far the best. Overall, if you are looking for a boba place to go, Moon Tea is one of the best ones I have ever been to.“

I thought it was very good and the chicken had a nice flavor and was not dried out. I nearly did not go in because the storefront was blackened and was a bit surprised when the door opened.“

“Our 6pm reservation was 90 minutes before the 7:30 show at the Venue and that worked out perfectly! We were able to enjoy a cocktail before dinner and then enjoyed appetizers and our entrees. Every dish was cooked to perfection. A reservation is a must for this retaurant!“
