“This is one of the best Teriyaki place in the area! Consider this as a small mom and pop restaurant that gives you generous portion with flavorful taste. My personal favorite is Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu combo plate. My wife loves sushi so she usually gets Alaska Dream and Americano. We come here at least once a month and never get disappointed!“

My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. “So having watched numerous kdramas snd frequently seeing characters feasting on Korean fried chicken, I was pleased to see Bonchon Korean fried chicken in my neighborhood. I love fried chicken 🐔 n general, and thought what could possibly be different about the Korean version ? Well, the crust is thinner, crunchier and so tasty, plus the assortment of sauces snd heat levels means lots of choices. What a pleasant surprise. AND when I told the person who took our order at the counter that this was our first time, she took us under her wing and walked us through all the ins and outs. I can’t recall being so well taken care of. AND when we got our order including our first bottle of soju, another counter person came out with little condiment cups so that we could mimic the shot drinking from kdramas. What a treat from start to finish. So friendly and helpful and absolutely delicious. This will be our go-to after a movie theater nearby.“

“Von’s Chicken in Rancho Cordova is such a great find! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality and freshness. The Soy Garlic and Original Crispy are my go-tos, but the Hot & Spicy hits the spot when you want a little extra kick. Don’t skip the baked chicken as it’s perfect if you want something lighter but still packing tons of flavor.

The sides and starters are just as good — especially the cheeseballs and sodduck sodduck. Portions are generous, and even the takeout stays crunchy and delicious.

The staff here are super friendly and attentive — they take the time to explain the different sauces and flavors, and it’s clear they care about their customers having a great experience.

Overall, Von’s Chicken is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine hospitality. Definitely one of my favorite go-to spots in Rancho Cordova!“

“(2/7/21) Went in today and was not disappointed! Ordered seafood pad see ew, beef broccoli, and chicken fried rice; all three were freshly made, the beef was tender, broccoli wasn’t soggy, but super fresh! The rice was moist and soft just like I was craving it; and the gravy was exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I would do differently would be asking for extra shrimp, my kids ate them and only left me one 🤣 The Thai tea was so good, I ordered a second one for later 👌 I’ll definitely be going back to try other things off their menu 👌“

“This place is so good!!! I can’t recommend it enough. To start, my drink always comes out very quickly. I personally believe that Moon Tea is one of the only boba places worth going to. Another note, I was reading the reviews and most people that left lower reviews all complained about the customer service. I have a boba addiction and come sometimes more than once a week and the customer service has always been great. The staff are very nice, even if they aren’t all super talkative. Also, I have been to pretty much all of the boba places in the roseville/rocklin area, and Moon Tea is by far the best. Overall, if you are looking for a boba place to go, Moon Tea is one of the best ones I have ever been to.“

“My first visit here. I enjoyed the vermicelli with chicken dish was nicely prepared and came with a serving of their sauce mixture. I thought it was very good and the chicken had a nice flavor and was not dried out. I nearly did not go in because the storefront was blackened and was a bit surprised when the door opened.“
