“I dont know her name, but the nice girl with long blonde hair who checked on our party was beyond helpful. Even if my food sucked (it didnt, just saying if it did) I would return for the fact the elderly couple sitting at a table nearby lost their entire pizza off the tray onto the floor. The girl insisted the couple allow them to remake their pizza. Thank you for treating patrons like people and restoring some faith in humanity. The place was packed and everyone got the same treatment. I love that.“

“This is the best Little Ceasars around! They care about the quality of their pizza they are very friendly. The best tasting Little Caesars around! One time I was picking up a pizza and they opened it up to check it before I left. They didn’t like it and made me a new one. I don’t even ask. It shows they care.“

“This Mountain Mike's is superior to the one further up on Lone Tree. Not only has it survived in a center that is, well, dead, with the exception of a Raleys and it's several boarded up stores away from that. Its been here since at least 1998 when we first moved to Antioch. Orginally, I was going to other one near Hillcrest and even though we order a pizza a couple times a week, they would only give you 2 packets of parmesan cheese for a large pizza. I even offered to pay but tons avail. So I started coming to this one. Unlike the other one, it's got several video games, multiple people working, it's always clean and they've always given my the parmesean I need. I did get some looks from the employee working today who I had never encountered before, again I offered to payout she ultimately gave me extra packets. If you live in Antioch and are choosing between the Mountain Mike's in the Raleys shopping center or the one at Hillcrest, come to the one in the Raleys shopping center. Its well established and you receive far better customer service. And there are always other people in this one. The one on Hillcrest is like a ghost town. That tells you something right there.“

“I go to the store on 18th Street and there pizza is good but the crazy bread is great, I will return there again, now I go this particular Little Caesars because the 30 seconds from my house on Delta Fair Blvd is terrible, they never have any pizza ready even though that's what advertising says, when it's slow you still have to wait and the last time and final time I went the girl behind the counter who didn't speak much English asked me what I wanted, and before I could answer she begins to do other things and I stood there for 4 minutes waiting before I finally left!!! If your smart don't go to the Delta Fair store but go to the 18th St. Store instead.“

“Donino's is currently (Aug 1, 25) running an on line promo. I had a crowd to buy for. I spent 25 min on the app on my phone...could NOT take advantage of the promo! With 15 hungry people waiting to eat, I gave up! Ordered 5 pizzas at full price! Before I could get there to pick them up, the store manager called me and said he noticed my expensive order, and said we have promotions. I told him I'm on my way. When I arrived, he canceled my order, reordered it, and saved me $95! Blew my mind! Can't recommend these guys enough!!!“

“The first time I ordered from this location was 3 years ago and it wasn't good. We gave it a break for a year and then took a chance on it and it was amazing. For the past year and a half, this location has not failed us. It's evident that they have new management or ownership and they have been doing an amazing job and should be given a chance. Earlier today they delivered my order and there was something missing so I called them to let them know and within half an hour, they sent a new pizza free of charge. Keep up the excellent service.“
