I like going to Wienerschnitzel especially when they have a good deal going on or I can use a coupon or coupon code. They're unique in their menu offerings, and are undefeated in their chili offerings. My favorite place to visit for lunch, dinner or to satisfy my chili cravings.
I appreciate wienerschnitzel being here, beings back childhood memories going to the one in Alameda, good food.
I placed an order at the drive thru. This location is on a loud and on a busy street. I’m not sure if I mis spoke or he mis heard but when we got to the window, he repeated the order back and it wasn’t fully correct. Pedro assisted in getting the order corrected and was super pleasant about it. Pedro is the picture of what customer service should be like. I thanked him for his assistance but wanted to publicly thank him as well.
