“Had the Castroville Scramble (3 eggs, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, onions, with home fried potatoes and Rye toast) and it was VERY VERY good! The service was great and food delivered promptly. there's a small outdoor dining area tgat was very nice even though it's in a very commercial/industrial part of town. A very pleasant dining surprise for hungry travellers!“

“Mad chick was crispy and juicy. Other burgers were above-average quality, tasty but not surprisingly delicious. Note that the burger's add-on menu has various selections.
Service and atmosphere was neutral, no service at all since you pickup/cleanup the dishes/dining table. The restaurant is always crowded and noisy.“

“Road trip. Early morning cravings for home style comfort foods. And Cadillac Cafe delivered. Has whistle stop cafe vibe and menu. I woke up a big foggy so needed to start out with a coffee and their coffee was superb.
Ordered the corned beef hash part because It sounded good but also because I believe that this dish is a good indicator or the authenticity and quality of the kitchen. It was delicious and immense portions so much that I was able to share. Also came with. Pancake 🥞 which I was craving so an added bonus.
I do plan to return to the area and look forward to trying other menu items.
Highly recommend.

“This was the absolute best breakfast I’ve had in maybe years I don’t know when the last time I had a breakfast like that was!! They do like a potato mash on the side, but it’s perfectly crispy on top and bottom and has amazing flavors!!! The service was just over the top. This is definitely a kind of little restaurant I would support. I’ll definitely try coming here every time I come down to visit.!! Most definitely recommend!!“

“Wife and I went to the cook house last Sunday 12/8/24 and had great experience there, As we walked in we were greeted by the staff and seated at the bar right away. They had our drinks to us within minutes of sitting down. The owner/waitress came over and took our order very quickly. We were impressed with her, She had a packed house and still was smiling and talking to everyone there. She knows 90% off the customers walking through the door and made it feel like I was apart of a Cheers episode. Now when the food came out it was so yummy. My wife and I are now gonna choose this establishment over anything else in town. Total family vide here.

“We stop in for Breakfast yesterday on our Vacation. Let me tell you the food and service was phenomenal the last time we ate at IHOP when we were on vacation in Tahoe the food was cold and they’re busy. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We just had our daughter’s post wedding brunch on the lovely private lower outside deck. Worked with Naomi to come up with the perfect buffet menu which they set up beautifully. They put flowers out on the tables and cleared plates regularly. Friendly lovely people as well.“
