Delicious food and excellent service!
Sadly I don't have any photos BUT...
I reserved the back room at Bittersweet Bistro on Sunday for my dad's memorial gathering. Thomas and Elizabeth, the owners, went above and beyond for the event.

Bittersweet Bistro is my absolute go to restaurant in Aptos. One of the things I love most is that every meal is consistently excellent, which is hard to find these days.
Tonight I had the pesto fettuccine with chicken, and it was incredible. We also ordered the summer burrata salad, and every bite was packed with flavor. My daughter always looks forward to the kids pasta, which she loves every single time.

Bittersweet Bistro offers a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Their menu is fairly priced, with options like the best hamburger in town, steak sandwich, and short ribs, all paired with a good selection of beer. The Brussels sprout appetizer is a highlight, and the gorgeous patio is perfect for nice days. The staff is amazing, making every visit a great experience.
The restaurant is a great staple in Aptos, known as one of the better restaurants between Santa Cruz and Aptos, with a nice variety of land and sea dishes. Customers appreciate the ample outdoor seating, which has become a preferred option during the pandemic. Visitors often return a few times a year to enjoy the fantastic service and delectable meals.
The food is consistently impressive, with one customer raving about the perfectly prepared sea bass. The manager, Chris, even went the extra mile to redo the customer's dinner when an allergy issue was discovered, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to exceptional customer service.
