“Stopped by Bruno’s on Thursday and had a really good experience. Gretchen was our waitress and she was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The food was really good, everything came out fresh, and the service was great. If you’re looking for a good barbecue spot for a night out, Bruno’s is definitely worth trying.“

“The service was absolutely horrible today. We came in ordered, or appetizer was out in 10-15, our food took 45 minutes and to top it off was cold, and they took my husband's steak came back half hour later with it corrected. We asked 2 waitstaff for a Pepsi refill and when we the waiter came back to put our bill on the screen we asked him for the 2nd time for the refill he said he'd get it and put it into a Togo cup and walked off and went to chat up his coworker at the bar, it wasn't until my husband went to go Pay the bill that he asked a 4th Time for that refill and the waiters still took forever we spent another 10 unnecessary minutes just waiting. It was absolutely horrible. I will not be coming here again at all. The waitstaff got a raise and forgot how to treat customers“
