“Every time I’ve been here (four times) there have been four different bartenders…I wish I could remember their names because they’ve all been awesome. One brought leftover thanksgiving sweet treats and shared with me. She didn’t know me from any jackass on the street. Totally recommend.“
“They have 2 pool tables that are $1.00 per game. Not bad tables for bar boxes. They have shuffleboard, lots of large tvs, an outdoor patio for smoking with a drink and a full bar. Prices seem standard for the area for a dive bar. Many restaurants in the area, but all close early. I will be back.“
“Why did it take me this years old to realize what amazing tiki drinks Castaways has?!?! I strongly feel this is the most underrated bar in town. $12 gets me a Mai Tai that is hands-down the best (arguably over the ones in Hawaii) and is made with high-quality rums and fresh lime juice - no crappy fillers where I'm hung over the next day. Easy going vibe, rad bartenders, pool tables, music & won't break the bank. Great hidden secret and has been my spot since I had my first drink there 8 months ago. “On our way to Sunset beach we wanted to watch The Warriors vs Celtics game we came in. When you look up "dive bar" this will come up however, I recommend it! Susie Froggies has a very relaxed feel. They have a wood burning stove and pool tables. The bartender welcomed us in when we came in. Full bar with bar munchies - he offered us frozen pizza and or burritos he would microwave for us, chips and beef jerky available BUT they allow you to bring in your own food! We went across the street to El Chipotle and brought back Birria burritos and chips. There are 4 TVs with different sports on. Lots of locals came in and the bartender knew their names! A locals "Cheers". Have to visit at least once!“
“The Food was as great as I was told. It is an Old Fashion style Bar and Grill with a very Local feel. The teo meals I had there were the Pork chops and the second time the Seafood. The Pirk Chops were exceptional and the pirtions were generous. The Seafood was excellent and next I will try the Dinner Salads. The Staff are so friendly and wuick to please. I will return. “Great place to swing em. Never been to Pasatiempo's driving range but in my opinion this track is probably the best in the area. They have turf mats and optional for extra real grass to hit off. Chipping green and a putting green as well.“
“Today was my first time eating at Cilantros and I was really pleased with the whole experience. We arrived at lunch time on a Sunday, and the wait was around 15-20 minutes. We were in a rush to get somewhere after, so they offered to seat us at a table in the bar area right away, which I really appreciated. The best chips and salsa! I love that the chips come out a little warm. I had the pozole and it had the most tender pieces of pork. It was really delicious. It also came with some fresh, warm tortillas. Our server was quick and very attentive. I look forward to coming back when I'm in Watsonville.“
“The food was delicious. The scalloped potatoes tasted like the ones my mom used to make, scrumptious. The ribs melted in your mouth. The he bbq sauce was perfect, not too thick, just right and flavor was fantastic. We had a large party and everyone loved their choice. The server Clay, was friendly & attentive. The restaurant was busy and the volume was quiet and relaxing. Definitely a wonderful experience overall. Can't wait to go back. Thank you to the complete staff.“

I also loved the service I got both times I came in, the bar is a very trustworthy and honest place. The food is actually from the Deli around the corner, Castelli's, and is really good with a family vibe and great sandwiches.“
