Every time my friends and I pass by here, we will come to buy fresh grape tea. There are grape pulp and aiyu jelly in it. I really like it. Today and Sunday there is a half-price discount for the second cup, which is very suitable, and I saw they buy one get one free every Tuesday, and I will come again next Tuesday！！

Sanxi Tea replaced Chakaa in the Baldwin Ave plaza, it has a similar vibe and bright clean store aesthetic! I tried their Creme Brûlée, Signature Fruit tea, and Avocado Smoothie! Avocado Smoothie 5/5 that comes with Agar Agar boba which complements the drink perfectly! The Sweet Sea Salt Foam is delicious - not overly sweet! Creme Brûlée 5/5 has the turning lids to poke through the scorched top, it's pretty sweet and has brown sugar along with their house milk tea! Signature Fruit Tea 4.5/5 was decent, I would get full sweetness next time. I liked the amount of tangy citrus fruits with the black tea, perfect for the cloudy days! The staff are very friendly! I highly recommend trying this place out for to-go drinks because they have small spaces for seating!!

this is my favorite boba place in arcadia and maybe even the whole 626 area! their drinks have a fragrant tea flavor. the cashier/worker there is always having a positive attitude and will help tell you about the drinks. they are quick with making the drinks, so it doesn't take too long. i always come here whenever i'm in the area :)

I am probably the easiest customer to please, but bugs in my drink is where I draw the line. I felt it odd that there were about 8 people in the kitchen and it took oddly long for my drinks to come out. I even went next door to Starbucks to grab a drink and some food for my coworker and came back and my two drinks were still unfinished. I almost drank my milk tea in the darkness of my car, but thank god I waited till I got back to work. It was there under the light where I saw the distinct outlines of two winged bugs floating atop my green milk tea. I opened the top hoping it was just some loose tea leaves...it was not. I sadly had to pour it out. This place simultaneously wasted my time, gas and my money. Things that are really not expendable in these modern times. HORRIBLE and UNSANITARY. Sorry but please do better.

Whole grape tea was so good. Love the texture of the grapes! Like jelly. Clean and bright interiors. Outdoor seating. Located in plaza with Vons next to Poke Bar and Menya Hanabi with the subway and Starbucks! Massive parking lot.

Decided to come here since it was a new shop and looked very promising. Service was a little disorganized but I could tell they were trying their best. I ordered their Roasted Brûlée Matcha ($6.75) plus toppings was almost $8. Wasn't worth it at all as the drink lacked something. I couldn't taste the brûlée at all and the matcha was a bit grainy and the drink itself was watery. My boyfriend had also ordered their cheese mango which already comes with crystal boba but since he's not a fan of it, he asked for regular boba instead, they acknowledged it but ultimately still ended up giving him crystal boba. Don't think I would be back due to the high prices and low quality drinks.

Great service!! This is my first time trying this place out! I order their Cheezo Grape with less sugar and the Cheezo Grape taste really amazing with real grapes in my drink! The place inside there is also very clean. The guy that's working there is actually really friendly and responsive too. I definitely will come back again soon! Thank you guys so much for everything! Drinks are not bad but what I've noticed is that every time I come here the wait time to order two drinks is always around 10-20 mins when there are no other people around waiting for their drinks. 10 mins to make one drink??? I think the owner should train their staff how to make these drinks quicker like many other places.

I used the food delivering app to order several drinks and they had 20% off promotions. This is a newly opened boba shop and I was surprised by how good the drinks tasted. I got the berries green tea and it was so refreshing. My friend got the osmanthus drink and it also tasted good. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This place will not make it another year in business if they don't shape up. I ordered the "white peach oolong tea" ($4.50) which is on their list of recommended drinks. It tasted like WATER. Zero actual tea flavor, but the taste of tap water was very strong! I'm a little curious as to how they got it to look yellow when there was no tea flavor in it. I did go back to ask them to remake it, which they complied. The second time around was slightly better, but barely by a margin and which is why they got 2 stars instead of one. I sincerely hope the owner of this shop does a little more quality control if they want to stay in business in such a highly competitive market. *Side note after receiving my tasteless nasty drink: a very off putting thing about this place is the closed kitchen setup. I have no idea what's going on back there besides a lot of chatter and someone watching YouTube, and it really showcases the importance of more transparent kitchens.

#81 in my Teaholic Diaries. I don't mean to be overly harsh but I personally feel that Sanxi still has some issues to work out. Given that this is a relatively new boba shop, I sincerely hope they are able to rectify the problems I had, sooner rather than later. The young male employee who was initially assisting me was unable to answer any questions I had about the menu, such as what kind of tea do they use in the brulee milk tea. He kept asking me if I meant the matcha brulee even though I was literally pointing to a different drink on their menu that they call brulee milk tea. After a few rounds of this, the other female employee took pity and came over to assist me instead. She answered my question, letting me know that the drink had an osthmanthus oolong base. They also still have kinks with how long it takes them to prepare the drinks, as I was the only one in the shop at the time and it still took over 10 minutes to make my one drink. Anyways, hopefully they figure things out because my actual milk tea was pretty good, so I do have high hopes for Sanxi.

We decided to drop by this tea shop while nearby, and the staff were very kind and patient with us. We ordered the milk tea, strawberry smoothie, and super fruit tea. The drinks were great! Would recommend to others, and I will definitely visit again :)
