Sabarros at the Food Court in the former Westfield Mall is absolute garbage. The cannot even make a decent spaghetti. The so-called 'sauce' is rust colored water, rather than a rich tomato sauce, made with good ingredients, their noodles are low quality, and their meatballs are synthetic. I have tried their horrible baked ziti as well. You are better off to avoid Sbarros. They are unable, and unwilling to create decent, edible, real food. Go to Domenicos ALL YOU CAN EAT LUNCH BUFFET. It is worth it.

BEWARE!!On 2-3-24 between 7:15 & 7:28P after choosing pizzathe only female assisting me grossly! began SCRATCHING! her hair and wiping her face! Then continued! to handle food WITHOUT! WASHING her hands! After seeing this UNSANITARY!! practice! I lost my appetite and asked for a refund! As she saw how disgusted I got as I noticed all this. She had the nerve to give me facial expressions like I had the problem. Shame on that employee! Because of this, I will never buy from this place again. I doubt I am the only person that cares about health and safety practices when it comes to serving food and beverages to the public. Inexcusable.

Lately the guy in charge has been acting up. When the mall had special hours of opening I was about to order when the worker yells 15 more minutes. Don't they suppose to have the food ready before they open? We went again this week and they scream at you ..well is better if they just put a sign that says we are not open or we don't have food ready. That's when we go and spend our precious money somewhere else.

Great pizza. This here pic, is of a mushroom and spinach pizza. Kid friendly environment, traffic everywhere. Take it to-go if u want. Do not do delivery ! Save your disappointment. This pizza is mainly for people who want a quick and cheap bite. Nothing more, nothing less. If u want even, just good, or ok service, Go elsewhere. This place doesn't provide. Don't even waste your time. Get the food and go !!. Run away! Far away. You can re-heat the pizza at home. Better service there. Someone needs to manage that place..

Been coming to this Sbarro since I was a kid at the Arcadia mall. The service is great and the food is consistent. Love their Pizza slices and Baked Ziti pasta. Their Slice society rewards program offers good deals as well.

Terrible service. Phone number wasn't working when my order was over 3 hrs late. Food came soaked in rain. Delivery driver showed up again 3 hrs late but 6 blocks away. It took almost 20min to walk to driver in pouring rain to pick up already soaked food. Then 20 min walk back in the rain. Food was not only ice cold but also soaking wet. Order was over 100 dollars for many people and this was completely unacceptable.
