I want to subway and it was pretty good and it was warm but the worker kept giving me dirty looks and was rushing to get my drink because she told me to hurry up and get my drink and my sandwich was on a counter and according to her she dropped it on accident but I saw her push it

ordered through delivery, got my order, took one bite of my sandwhich and one of the cucumbers tasted like absolute bleach. had my boyfriend try it aswell and he had said the same thing. super disappointed since ive been ordering delivery from here for the past few weeks

VIRTUOUS ONE

Sarah!!! One of the store Managers is Not !!! Welcoming on multiple visits and purchases. She has shown biases on who she decides to be friendly towards!!! Not good business ethics when you are spending money in this establishment for a sandwich meal on many occasions. Just because!!! she has been an employee for quite a while at this location, does not!!! mean she has appropriate customers service skills. Furthermore, this manager Sarah, very tacky, has actually gossiped about customers while they are present. Not a good nor professional example of a good customer experience. Too bad you cannot contact corporate. This is a franchise store.

I like Subway sandwiches. I know every location has pros and cons. Like this one has rude servers and stale veggies. They NEVER say hello or goodbye, NEVER. I've been here a few times and thought today was the last straw when the lady had to raise her voice and be so adamantly rude and demand what sandwich I wanted even though I said I wanted American Cheese first, nope she wouldn't budge. I also told her TWICE I wanted chocolate chip cookies and she didn't include those, but didn't charge me. I'm not coming back to ANY Arcadia subways again! Plus $10 per subway WTH? Prices doubled but not my salary!

CAUTION!!!THE SANDWICH MAKERS DON'T!!! PROPERLY WASH!!! THEIR HANDS ✋️ PRIOR TO TOUCHING THE GLOVES THAT TOUCH YOUR ORDER!!! I HAVE WATCHED AT LEAST 2 EMPLOYEES! UNSANITARY!! ESPECIALLY IN THESE CURRENT TIMES. ADDITIONALLY, THEY ARE NOT!!! VERY WELCOMING WHEN YOU WALK IN. YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET A DRY!!! BARELY A GREETING. PARTICULARLY THE EVENING CREW. YES THEY WALK OVER TO THE SINK TURN THE WATER ON BUT I HAVE SEEN THEM NOT ACTUALLY REALLY WASH THEIR HANDS!!! I GET SUBWAY ISN'T THE EXCITING PLACE TO WORK. Ordered on DoorDash, but the restaurant labeled the sandwiches wrong so the doordasher brought me the wrong sandwich.I spoke with a sandwich artist over the phone explaining the situation, and not only was he rude but insisted I came in to get the order bc he couldn’t have DoorDash just refund me.I showed up and got the sandwich and did not get a single apology was given despite me paying extra for a delivery only to have to get it takeout.And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the sandwich they DID give me made me sick for two days afterward.I haven’t ordered from subway ever since.

The staff is not friendly at all very rude. The breakfast egg&cheese was listed on board at $4.49 but they wanted to charge me $5.49. When I pointed to the sign, I was informed it's old and need to be updated. They honored the listed price with faces as if I was stealing their first born or something. I was informed "I will give it to you this time, but next time it's going to be $5.49".I was trying to take pictures for my google review but i was informed taking pictures was not allowed. Horrible experience.

This subway has the best quality I've had at any subway. That is due to the employees working extremely hard, and they know how to take care of business. On February 4th there was a lady working by herself and made the line move seamlessly. I wish they carried the 9 grain honey oat bread and oregano. This subway would be perfect if they did.
