Uncle Tetsu is a fantastic dessert spot offering Japanese cheesecake and cheese tarts. The cheesecakes are super soft and fluffy, melting in your mouth and not too sweet. The cheesecakes tarts are absolutely heavenly, a bit sweeter and more rich. Fantastic place that is simple with amazing staff.

still a good spot after a few years since visiting
prices have increased, but overall still a good price for fluffy and soft cheesecake
was cool watching them stamp and package the cheesecake fresh on the spot
