This place reminds me of a cheesecake place called LeTao that I used to visit overseas. I like how it’s not too rich, heavy, and sweet. It’s fluffy and has the right amount of creaminess and sweetness. I sampled it and ended up buying a whole cheesecake. I still think LeTao is better, but this place makes it close enough.

Cakes are always good but the person at the register was a little bit rude. I just asked for a cake and no response, no interaction, and not even a thank you. My wife was a little surprised also.

Uncle Tetsu is a fantastic dessert spot offering Japanese cheesecake and cheese tarts. The cheesecakes are super soft and fluffy, melting in your mouth and not too sweet. The cheesecakes tarts are absolutely heavenly, a bit sweeter and more rich. Fantastic place that is simple with amazing staff.
