Wow. Just wow. So good!!! Do not visit or pass through Arcata without stopping in at Brio. I had the herb and cheese omelet and it was phenomenal. The chef here understands eggs and I'm here for that. Nothing worse to me than eggs that are overcooked and my omelet was expertly prepared, removed from the heat and allowed to finish cooking with its own heat. And the herbs added were delightful. Hope u r not low carb cuz this place will break u. I got there at noon today and they were outta everything but focaccia. No problem. It was amazing. Stuffed it dow with cheese from loleta cheese factory and the day is off to a perfect start. Great job guys.
