Take a look at our favorite Armona Mexican restaurants.
“Every time I visited here, there's a line, and honestly it's worth the wait. The best Carne asada I've had out of all the Mexican restaurants I've visited. The tacos, amazing. The quesadillas, amazing. The burritos, amazing. The smell of the smoke outside gives you a taste of what's in store. Unfortunately I had to move out of state but I'd say it's even worth stopping by on a vacation. Oh and the salsa is amazing too!Parking: Get in early if you want a parking spot before they get busy, you've been warned. Lol.Kid-friendliness: Child friendly. I didn't notice anything that would make it not child friendly.“
“Chicas was absolutely DELICIOUS! I highly recommend this place for breakfast burritos, you can smell the freshness of eggs , papas (potatoes) , n sausage/linguicia as soon as you open the wrapper!! . Mild and Hot salsa was bomb . And most of all they had very great hospitality and great customer service, lovely attitudes as soon as I went in !!“
“Good food, but it's annoying AF when I drive way out there just to find out they decided not to be there that day.Update: Since they revamped their truck over a year ago and started posting their hours and days off on their website, it has become my favorite taco truck in the area by far.“
“My wife and I both got wet burritos. Asada and pastor. Both were very delicious. They make it in front of you as you order and tell them what you want on it. The Horchata and agua de Jamaica were both very good. They also sell Mexican candy which we brought for our kids. Very friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!!“
“Let's be honest for a second, if you are stationed at NAS Lemoore, you've had breakfast from here... While no one actually knows it's name, we just call it "Chevron burritos". This place is amazing! Best breakfast burrito in town, always quick, always amazing. Highly recommend.Parking: Easy parking, right off the 41, and you can get gas... What more could you need?Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“This is a great restaurant with reasonable prices and great service. The portions are large compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area good enough for sharing. We love the mango chicken salad and the enchiladas. All entrees in the menu that my family has tasted have been excellent so far! The new place is clean and well kept. I recommend everyone to try this eatery and for sure you will be back for more once you've tasted their foods.“
“We ordered wet burritos with asada and they were amazing!!! Cashier was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh. The wait time for takeout wasn't long at all. Large portions definitely justified the price. Very pleasant experience all around. We will definitely be back!“
“This restaurant gives the real Mexico feeling when we walked in. The staff is nice. Ordered the garden salad. It's a really good size portion. Everything was perfect. Then there's the shrimp ceviche tostada. The shrimp was very tasty given that it wasn't marinated in lime juice but still was a very good crunch and taste of the sea. The fish tacos were very good. The shell was very soft and I really like the cube shape pieces of fried fish. The tacos were decorated very well either lefty's and tomato and sauce. I'd recommend this place. Plus the food is affordable for a mother either way children dinning in.“
“I use to go here almost every week for lunch when I was in High School! Honestly the best place in town to get a burrito! I get the breakfast burrito with bacon and a bit of chile verde for the salsa, and for lunch the shredded chicken burrito is a must!“
“They went up in prices but who hasn't. Switched it up and got the green sauce on the asada tacos but it's not like there famous red sauce but was still good washed it down with a jarrito. No more free beans you have to pay for extra beans now but still just as good and will continue to support local business!Parking: Handicap parking right up front“
“In Hanford, Ca., there are a few authentic Mexican food options. Jalisco is a simple walk up counter where you order your food exactly the way you want it. Burritos, taquitos (get there early), tamales, carnitas etc. Their Burritos are huge and include beans, rice, salsa (you can get this on the side) and your choice of meats or Chile Verde. Simple tasty food. It's one of the best options for a quick lunch. There are no tables available here so don't plan for a sit down. Try this out when you're looking for a tasty lunch. They're right at the end of main street near 10th Ave.“
“Great food and salsas!!! The truck looks clean and it’s located in a clear intersection with plenty of room to park and sit down and eat. I ordered the Al Pastor Torta and it was great! I also ordered the sopes and comes three per order with rice and beans. I love that they serve you a meal and it really does taste like homemade. I dare to say their red salsa is among the best ones I’ve had! Please be sure to ask for the spicy (red) salsa next time and put it on everything! I’ll ask for more next time. There’s a place to wash your hands, a table with chairs and even toilets! They make it confortable for you to sit down and enjoy your meal. I will definitely recommend this food truck to everyone and will return to try the rest of the food“
“Good food, I think it is better than challios and cheaper, the tripe and head tacos are my favorites, also the quesadilla. My wife likes it with well-browned tripe, thanks to the kids who served us, good service and delicious food.Parking: Lots of parking next to Centro Cristiano del Valle church lots of parking and accessible“

“Best Mexican food place in Hanford. The service is very good and it is not super packed here. The waiter we had was so nice and very helpful. He made our drinks too. The ambiance has cool leather chairs that you would only find in Mexico. There are some tvs with sports on. My Michelada was kind of salty but still good. The chicken fajitas here are so good and not greasy like other places in town.“
“Great food all around. We had a mix of menudo, tacos, sopes, burritos, enchiladas, chile rellenos and I heard great things from what everyone had ordered. I had 3 de al pastor and 3 de asada and they hit the spot.I recommend the agua de horchata.I would come again when I visit Laton from Chicago.Oh yeah, the mariachis were great too.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kid friendly meal option.“
“The service was friendly, polite, quick and professional:) The Juanes salad was delicious!! The salsa bar had delicious and refillable homemade salsa (hot, medium, mild)! Lived eating in a family friendly atmosphere :) Thank you for a pleasant experience!“
