“My mom and I had been driving all day and pulled into Hoagies about 2 minutes before closing time. We asked CJ and Taylor if it would be possible to still order some food. They said they were happy to do so! Then we told them they we both have celiac disease and asked if they could give us something gluten free. They both went out of their way to read labels for us and even asked if we would like to have corn tortilla strips on our salads instead of croutons (which are not gluten free). Not only does Old Slo provide great service and food but they are also reasonably priced. We are so happy we had old Slo cater our wedding.“

Only came out when a customer walked in to order at the counter.She chose to help the walk in orders instead. Looked right at her when she did that!!! and still ignored me. “You know when you cant stop talking about how great the food is the place has to be good. And sure enough while staying in Santa Maria for a week I searched up best Thai Restaurants in the area. This restaurant was in the top ten so my mom and I decided to try it. When we arrived the door had a sign that said cash/venmo only accepted. So make sure you have either or as forms of payment. It will be worth it trust me. We were greeted by Jay Nipomo and seated promptly. Impeccable customer service. Met all are needs. Water was filtered, not tap. Always had extra napkins. Ordered the Pad See u with beef, yum salad Ribeye, tom yum soup with chicken, lettuce wrap name sod & crispy rice, chamomile citron tea. Everything is an must try. Served fresh all veggies and meats. I've been to quite a few Thai restaurants and hands down this one is the best that I have tried. You can tell the cook puts their heart and soul in every dish. Delicious! Will definitely return when I visit again. At the completion of our dinner Mr. Jay packed our left overs. He took his time to find out where we were coming from made us feel at home.
