“My mom and I had been driving all day and pulled into Hoagies about 2 minutes before closing time. We asked CJ and Taylor if it would be possible to still order some food. They said they were happy to do so! Then we told them they we both have celiac disease and asked if they could give us something gluten free. They both went out of their way to read labels for us and even asked if we would like to have corn tortilla strips on our salads instead of croutons (which are not gluten free). “If you’re looking for some tasty food, I cannot recommend this place enough. The interior is very clean, and the staff are always hustling about to get customers their food quickly.

The portions of food are quite generous and the pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. I highly recommend the combo plate with chicken katsu and bbq beef as they are my two favorites, and every time I order I am blown away with the delicious flavor. The sauces here are fresh and extremely tasty, and if you arrive when there is a line, I would say the food is well worth the wait.“

“Poor customer service. Sat down, no one bothered to come to my table to take my order. It wasn't busy either. She was hiding in the back. Only came out when a customer walked in to order at the counter.She chose to help the walk in orders instead. Looked right at her when she did that!!! and still ignored me. I left, will not go back because of it.“

“The food was really Good!!! Had the Combo plate with shrimp and fish with beef teriyaki. I added the salad and fries. Honestly I went back the next day. Service is great and friendly. Time to get food wasn't long because it was freshly made.“

“We went around 3:30 pm on a Wednesday. There was no one there so there was no wait. Our server was very nice and attentive. The time limit and fee for not eating what you order is par for the course for ayce kbbq so I don't know why people are complaining about that. The sides and meat (we only had beef) were good. Nothing amazing, but it's nice to have ayce kbbq closer to home than Santa Maria. The galbi and bulgogi were a bit sweet and the brisket came in a lump instead of separated rolls like most places. I've seen others pictures of the grill being flat on the table. Ours was lifted and tilted to allow grease to run out. That resulted in the heat to come around the edges which was pretty intense at times. Overall it was a good time and we will be back but I think Sizzlin Gogi in Santa Maria is still better. We want them to stay and are very happy to have ayce kbbq in the area but there is room for improvement. If you're looking for something new, you should definitely give them a try!“

Probably the the BEST chicken sandwich we've had in a LONG time. All the food we got was bomb 💣 😋
Just go, you won't be disappointed. The staff are super friendly and there plenty of seating (outside on picnic tables).
We got a variety of items at ate everything. The prices are fair for what the competition is but I feel the quality it better than most.

“Perfect morning/after work/after school/weekend.. ok, any time, stop! Snacks, drinks, beer, coffee, random grocery goods, lotto tickets, fresh food items and tons more. It’s conveniently located right off Los Berros and the people are always really friendly!“
