“What a gem in nipomo! The food was 10/10 & service was 12/10! You can tell they all get along and work well together! We were dining late and wanted dessert so said we could take it to go but they insisted on us having it there and that they were not in a rush to close. We will definitely be back!“
“Food is excellent—recommend the Hawaiian Chicken or Beef. Both equally delicious. The milk tea with honey boba is also pretty good. The only downside to the joint is that every time I’ve gone, the door is open. First time that meant flies were coming in. This past time the cold breeze was coming in making it a bit too chilly to dine-in.“
“This restaurant feels like authentic Hawaiian food right when you walk in. The Mac salad is great. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I would skip the shrimp next time because the batter was pretty thick. I'm sure to go back and try more.“
“Came here for the first time and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I later found out was the owner. Helly (owner) was very attentive and was there to answer any questions we had about the menu. We had pork skewers, chicken skewers, longsilong, and lechón kawali. All of it was DELICIOUS! ? The best part of my visit was what I witnessed while there. 1. Helly specially made a food dish that was not on the menu for a customer who was celebrating her birthday. 2. He let a customer order after closing even though her food would take 20mins to cook. I was amazed at such wonderful Hospitality! Sad to say I feel like in these times we don’t see this often, so when I was able to witness I was just in awe. You can tell he really cares about his customers and it shows. If you haven’t been I would Highly Recommend!! 10/10 chefs kiss ?“
“Ordered my filet medium-rare (with instructions more to the rare side). My husband and father ordered their steaks medium. Though their steaks were larger, mine was the thickest. Mine was also the most well-done. I HATE my meat overcooked (and it was)! We had ordered well before 6pm so they weren't busy yet. There was no excuse for an overcooked steak. You would think a steakhouse would be able to prepare a steak as ordered. I was very disappointed. I don't mind paying $65 for my meal if I enjoy it. This was a waste of my money!!“
“Al Pho is my all time favorite Vietnamese restaurant and I lived in Long Beach for 10 years near Little Saigon. And I'm half Vietnamese. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the broth is perfection, the dipping sauces are amazing. The serving sizes are generous and I always have seconds leftover when I get the oxtail pho. Also, where else can you get oxtail pho?? The prices are decent. They serve wine and beer, and if u call ahead the order is always ready. It is never a long wait for food, but the place is always busy. Order at the front then sit down and they bring it to you. Great service, great owners. My daughters are 11 and 10 and refuse to eat at the other Vietnamese restaurant if this one is closed (on Wednesdays). So do I. It's not the same. Love love love this place.“
“My wife and I been wanting to try this place out for a whyle we finally did and I gotta say we were not disappointed staff was really friendly. My wife ordered the top sirloin and I order the new York with onions and mushrooms both cooked medium well. Food was delicious we are definitely going back.“
“Every time I've been here, I'm impressed by how amazingly friendly the staff is. Which in itself would be enough for me to want to come back. However, their chicken is absolutely fantastic! It's so flavorful, perfectly seasoned and very juicy. I get the combo, which comes with rice, beans, pickled red onion (my fave), salsa and tortillas, and everything was delicious.“

“This is one of the best places I've found on the Central Coast! I keep coming back again and again. First off, if you are into spicy at all, they have, what is most likely, the best salsa I've ever had! It's the perfect balance of spicy and wonderful flavor.. Everyone I've come across who works there is very nice and accommodating. Their food, particularly the BBQ, is unbelievable. If you enjoy brisket (1lb seen in photo), theirs is one of the best I've found in the state! Their smoked tri-tip burrito is wonderful. They also have a few Mexican dishes, like the chili verde enchiladas which are fantastic. You really can't go wrong with whatever you choose...Kid-friendliness: Spoil your kids with this food!“
