Freshest apple fritters filled with apples! Visiting with family (13). All loved the donuts from here. We had cake, old fashioned, sugar donuts + boston creme and filled crossaints. Still fresh the next morning.
This place has been around forever. I remember I'd go to this place in high school back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Back then, along with the now shunted Broadway Bagel, DKs was among the most popular breakfast places in the area aside from the ubiquitous McDonald's or Jack breakfast.I brought my wife here this morning, who originally hails from the East Coast, and has been craving a good breakfast sandwich/bagel.
