Horrible experience and will NOT be ordering from them again. Placed an order via their app and waited 2 hours! Called to check up in it and the lady said they messed up and will redo our order! I said no and canceled it. I see why they have 1 out of 5 stars!!!! 😡
After waiting over 1 1/2 hr my order was canceled, all because the owner decided to close. they didn't call me. I had to call them to find out. GREAT JOB!!! I'll be emailing corporate also. This is b.s
Michael is a horrible manager and should find a new job not in customer service. I order once a week online and the delivery drivers are awesome. Well i had the pleasure of calling in for once since it was just desserts and the employee who answered put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up called back he immediately tried to put me on hold again. I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager so I told him I've been on hold for 15 minutes and whats was going on.
