Errrehhh ladies and gents! I have been to many coffee spots on the Central Coast and I have to say Nova is my favorite! Small, intimate, convenient and amazing staff! They have a drive thru and a mobile app that are life saving! I am a gluten free customer and I appreciate that they have gluten free and sugar free options for people like me. Even though there in no indoor setting, they do have a nice outdoor seating area to relax in. Give them a chance and you won’t regret it!
I had the chorizo burrito and a hot chai. The chai was super sweet and not spicy enough but I forgot to ask what the base of their chai was and I forgot to ask for half sweet so that was kind of on me. The burrito was okay. It needed more seasoning and more chorizo. Not authentic at all but maybe I shouldnt have expected that. Service was great though.
Nova Coffee uniquely adds creativity to your coffee experience. Nova added a huge fenced-in backyard, with toys, for toddlers to play. The ball-coaster will intrigue toddlers for a moment. Drinking a good cup coffee in the backyard under the palm trees allowed me to enjoy the mild summer weather. Finally Nova offers drive thru service for those who have to get and go. When you are in the neighborhood, stop by and enjoy a moment. I look forward to drinking another good cup...
