I used to work for Subway many, many years ago. I feel that they are not as good as they used to be. I like other places much better I.e. Jersey Mikes. The cost at Subway is better but not the quality. Last time I got Subway the bread was dry. I also miss the honey oat bread. They could be doing better.
This place has really gone down hill, at least in the way of takeout/doordash orders. Since Covid lockdown has been reinstated we order from door dash a couples times and both times they got the order wrong. Those are the most recent examples but seeing as my husband loves subway we've gotten them a few times before and something has always been wrong on the order.The first time, neither sandwich was toasted as requested. I don't normally go to this Subway, but was in the area for work and stopped by this location. The food was good, but I am not sure what happened to Customer Service? Didn't ask if I wanted a drink, didn't give me correct change which was their tip!
