Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza

Their timing for pick-up is never right - the food isn’t good enough to justify an hour to hour 1/2 wait (beyond the initial quote), there are other options. After waiting in their small waiting area with several other angry patrons, the penne alla vodka was bland at best.

Had a regular cheese pizza, was delicious. highly recommend and will be going back.

Ordered pizza for delivery, for reference I live less than 2 miles, delivery took over an hour, pizza was cold when arrived. Called store and they stated someone would call Back and no one returned the call so when we called again the girl who answered was rude and the guy told her he would give us a 10 credit which is less then what we paid for the pizza, when expressing this was not satisfactory the girl on the phone said well that’s all he wants to give and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service for a new business

We had only found out that Pulcinella's was owned by Mr Balzano's oldest son. We had missed his incredible food and were searching for someplace as good. Our good friends just recently told us about Pulcinella's. We ordered a Stromboli and a Calazone last night. They were delicious. I loved my calazone. I got an additional topping of fried eggplant inside. I'd have to say it was the best calazone I've had. Plenty of light and fluffy ricotta, mozzarella, and the eggplant. They deliver too! I live off California and they came that far. I highly recommend!! Chef Domenic's food is awesome. Thank you Balzano family for continuing to serve the community with your delicious authentic Italian food.

I loooooved my experience at Pulcinellas. I’m not going to lie, I came in thinking it was “just pizza”. So when I walked into an entire market and a huge menu of LOTS of other options, I think I stood inside for 10 minutes with decisions paralysis just looking at things. This is a spot to either dine outside (they do have a few indoor seats), or take it to go. Friendly service and a legit looking pizza oven that makes pizza I was ALL about. For me it’s the sauce and the crust that I was stoked about. Burrata salad was amazing. The greens were incredibly crisp. I want to come back to try, well, tbh, likely the same order.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Pulcinella and Kym. We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 65 people at our vacation home in Paso Robles. Kym assisted us with the planning and preparation. Her food was marvelous. Her charcuterie boards were world of art. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Kym and staff!!

The food was wonderful and the caterers worked diligently to meet the requests of many of my guests. Everyone complimented me on the food, but the kudos belong to Kym and company.
