About Changan Kitchen

Changan Kitchen is a Chinese fast food restaurant located in 99 Ranch, known for its large portions, decent prices, and generous seating. The restaurant specializes in hand-pulled noodles, especially the Biang Biang Spicy Hand Pulled Noodles, which are thick, chewy, and long, served in a flavorful, spicy chili oil. These noodles are a customer favorite and make this place special.

The restaurant also offers other dishes like General Tso's Chicken, which is a safe choice but not outstanding, and hand-pulled noodles with cumin lamb, noted for its strong cumin flavor and nicely coated noodles. Customers also enjoy the fish filet with black bean sauce as a flavorful and good-value lunch special.

Recent reviews highlight the great xian style noodles and food, which can be hard to find elsewhere. The menu is extensive for a small spot, and the food consistently impresses customers. Dishes like traditional beef noodle soup, shenjiangbao, and zhajiangmein, with thick or Shanghai/Udon-thick hand-pulled noodles, are popular. The experience remains casual, with orders placed at the counter and a few tables nearby. The restaurant has improved by no longer using plastic utensils.

Service is good, similar to traditional Chinese restaurants, though seating is casual with classic metal cafeteria chairs. The restaurant shares seating with another spot inside 99 Ranch, offering a good number of tables. Overall, Changan Kitchen is a favorite for delicious, satisfying Chinese food, especially their hand-pulled noodles, and is a great place to enjoy a quick, tasty meal after shopping.

The waitress was very helpful, enthusiastic and good-looking. The food is delicious, not expensive, and the portions are big!

It is always delicious.

Was finally able to give this place a try after hearing about it so much. Who knew that a small restaurant inside a 99 Ranch would be so amazing.

The amount of items on the menu here is incredible and they all look amazing. It was honestly difficult trying to figure out what would be best to eat. Even though they were doing a lunch special, I opted for buying item N13 which was hand pulled noodles with spicy cumin beef.

This dish did not disappoint at all. It was...read full review
