Steamed brisket was so good! Great soondae as well. New owners are doing a good job!

Visited Muboongri Cerritos and loved their Chadol Jjim! Juicy, tender beef with flavorful beef broth—perfect with rice. Not too spicy, great for families. Clean vibe, friendly staff, and quick service. Around $40 for two, such a steal! Can’t wait to try their Soondae Guk next. Highly recommend!
Moobongri in Cerritos is my favorite spot for comforting Korean soups! The flavors are rich and authentic, with perfectly balanced seasoning and high-quality ingredients. Whether you order the beef bone soup, spicy soondae soup, everything tastes homemade and satisfying.
The restaurant has a clean, casual atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and quick to help. Portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for the quality.
If you’re craving a warm, hearty Korean meal, Moobongri is definitely the place to go — a true hidden gem in Cerritos!
It is the place for your soon dae good urge.

Out of all the MoBongRi locations I’ve tried, this was by far the worst. The portion size was shockingly small compared to other branches, and I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth at all. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Has new kiosk order screen and we ordered soondae over priced.
Not much Banchan mostly very salty.
This place has lovely comfort Korean food. My server recommended the pan fried soondae, which I ordered and was very happy with it. The pan was $39.99 but it’s very large and feed 3-4 people, which is a great price. I think large hot pot and dry pot are signatures here. The 1-person soup was delicious and comforting. I think seafood pancake was a bit small for $24.99 in this area, but it’s also delicious. Clean restaurant and cozy vibe!

Moobongri in Cerritos/Artesia is a hidden gem for hearty Korean comfort food. The vibes are casual and homey—perfect for when you’re craving something warm and satisfying. Their daily specials are seriously underrated: you can score their seafood pancake 🐙🦐 (haemul pajeon) for nearly half off, and it’s crispy, packed with seafood, and not too greasy.
But the dishes that keep us coming back? The GALBIJIM—braised short ribs that are melt-in-your-mouth tender, with that perfect sweet-savory glaze. I am so obsessed with the veggies and rice cakes that come with the meat too!! And the beef brisket soup 🥣 (seollongtang) is rich, milky, and deeply comforting—especially when you add a little salt and green onion to taste. Portion sizes are generous, and you’ll leave full, happy, and planning your next visit!

Heard good things about this place and the Food is pretty good (not stellar) and all but parking was nonexistent and service very subpar (one waitress during lunch rush?). I don’t expect excellent service at these type if places hut i Waited way too long for water and side dishes and waitress seemed bothered by simple requests. I aborted a prior visit here due to no parking. i think Ill PASS on this place despite food.

I loved my experience here. It was so spacious and clean! No wait at all which is crazy because as soon as I tried their kimchi I already knew it was going to be good because it tasted like spicy braised short rib and their sweet braised beef short rib was amazing! So rich and so much meat and I loved that it came with Korean sweet potato and pumpkin and rice cakes! The seasoning was perfectly sweet and savory. The beef rib soup with glass noodle was so clean and comforting perfectly how I like it and I like that it had a lot of geeen onion and jujube dates very nourishing! The seafood pancake was nice and crispy and gad a great seafood flavor to it! The workers were also nice! Great experience overall! Would definitely go again! Sharing my experience in video form soon!

First time at Moobongri Soondae in Artesia and it was such a great experience! The food was authentic, comforting, and packed with flavor. We ordered the Sweet Braised Beef Short Rib, Ox Bone Broth with Brisket and Glass Noodle, and the Hinoki Bossam—every dish was spot-on.
The restaurant has a clean, welcoming vibe and the staffs were super kind and attentive. If you're craving quality Korean comfort food, this is the spot.
Highly recommend—definitely coming back to try more!

They sell soondae soup, but the portion of soondae is very small. I've been to other locations (LA and Irvine), and this is the worst one. The quality is very low compared to the price. The ladies working here have never been nice or professional. They didn't even know what to do when I asked for a receipt. I won’t be coming back.

This place has the best pork belly I’ve had in my life. The combo of steamed cabbage and pork belly is really good. We also ordered the combination Soondae with pork meat plate and loved the variety. We took these home and had leftovers for 2 people for the rest of the week. Highly recommend!
Me and my husband went here for dinner, ordered their beef intestine combo and soondae. As soon as we got back home, my husband said he feel the stomachache and lately throw up. This continues to the other day my husband throw up multiple times, have diarrhea and feeling pain in his stomach. He said it felt like food poisoning, the food we had yesterday did not digest at all. I'm not sure which part of the meal went wrong but it indeed made people sick.

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised! We got the sweet braised beef short rib and the ox bone broth with glass noodles. The short rib was soo tender the meat fell off the bone! Soup is refreshing and it comes a bit bland so we ate it with kimchi and added a little salt and pepper ! Overall really loved how comforting this meal was. Would come again !!
