It is always said that the more Asian customers you see at an Asian restaurant, the more authentic it is. Well, this restaurant only had Asian customers! We ordered the Dandan noodles and the Beijing Style soybean paste with noodles (basically a Zha Jiang Mian). The portions were quite large. I recently dined at Shang jie kitchen and was thoroughly impressed with the authentic flavors and attentive service. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared with fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the beef noodle, which was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience, and I can't wait to return to explore...
