“Everything you expect in a vegan pho: tofu, rice noodles, veggie broth, a side plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, jalapeno slices. I asked if they had other greens (I was hoping for bok choy, cabbage, edamame, etc.). They did not, but did give me extra broccoli in place of carrots and cauliflower. Worked for me!“
