Love their milkshakes! 3 star rating because I went through the drive thru to place an order and purchase a bag of ice, I was told they sell ice after 5pm, so I sat for 10+ mins in the heat until 5, went to place an order and purchase a bag of ice and they said they don’t sell ice right now? 3 cars total went through the drive thru while I waited the 10+ minutes. Using the app is always convenient unless it's Sonic. If there ever is an issue the stars always says," We can't help, we have no control over the app." This afternoon, I accidentally placed my order to the Merced location. I brought it up to the manger thinking they would honor the order that was already paid for and they said my options were 1. Go pick it up in Merced. 2. Reorder at this location and pay again.
